Refunds and your right of withdrawal

In three lines (not legally binding, just the summary): Try before you buy — Nyra Lite is free, unlimited in time, and installs the same plug-in you would be paying for. If you are an EU or UK consumer, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal; because Nyra is delivered instantly, that right ends when you agree to immediate download at checkout (Section 1). On top of that, we voluntarily offer a 14 -day money-back guarantee (Section 2). Something not working? Write to [email protected] first — most refund requests we receive are a five-minute installation problem.
0. Try it before you pay for it
Nyra Lite is free and has no time limit. It is not a demo that beeps, dips, times out or watermarks your audio: it is the same binary with editing restricted, so what you hear in Lite is exactly what you get in the full version. It runs in your DAW, on your machine, with your projects, for as long as you want.
That matters here for one reason: it means you never have to buy Nyra to find out whether it installs, whether your host loads it, whether its latency suits your workflow or whether you like the sound. Please use it. Everything below is what happens if something still goes wrong.
1. Statutory right of withdrawal (EU and UK consumers)
This section is your legal right. It applies whether or not we like it, and Section 2 does not replace it.
1.1 Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract was concluded.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us — [LEGAL NAME], [STREET, POSTCODE, CITY, COUNTRY], [SUPPORT EMAIL], [PHONE] — by a clear statement that you withdraw from this contract. An email is sufficient. You may use the model withdrawal form in Section 5, but you do not have to. To meet the deadline it is enough that you send your notice before the 14-day period expires.
1.2 Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your notice. We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; you will not be charged any fee for the reimbursement.
Once you have withdrawn, your licence ends: you must stop using Nyra and delete your copies of the software and of your licence key.
1.3 When this right ends early — please read before you click
Nyra is digital content supplied without a physical medium. Your right of withdrawal lapses if:
a) you have expressly consented to us beginning delivery before the withdrawal period expires, and b) you have confirmed that you know you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, and c) we have supplied you with confirmation of the contract, including confirmation of that consent.
This is what the confirmation checkbox at checkout is for, and it is why your order confirmation email repeats it. If you do not want to give that consent, do not complete the checkout — use Nyra Lite instead and write to us; we will find a way that works for you.
If any of (a), (b) or (c) is missing, your full 14-day right of withdrawal remains.
1.4 Free products
Nyra Lite is supplied free of charge. There is no payment, so there is nothing to withdraw from and nothing to reimburse. You can simply stop using it and delete it.
